A little bit about us:  Superior Supervac is a family owned and operated organization focusing on Power Parking Lot and Street Sweeping. David Niemann started Superior Supervac in 1994 after working in Commercial Real Estate for 20 years. Understanding his clients’ requirements of a clean, well-maintained property exterior, he purchased his first Schwarze Sweeper Truck. The fleet has since grown along with additions of pressure washing and snow removal equipment.  With the help of our loyal partners, Superior Supervac has grown in to one of the largest Exterior Maintenance companies in Indianapolis. Our main focus is Customer Satisfaction, and we will tailor our service to meet weekly, monthly, or yearly demands. We offer Free Estimates and are Licensed, Bonded, and Insured.

Our specialties are Parking Lot and Street Sweeping in the Commercial, Industrial, and Multi Residential segments.  We customize our services to meet our Customers’ demands on service types and frequency.  Although Parking Lot and Street Sweeping are our specialties, we Curb Brush and Power Blow almost every job to ensure property looks great when we finish!  We look forward to providing a detailed Estimate on your upcoming service needs
